'Tuesday's adventures

So today after school we went to visit one of the children to remind them that we had started school, as she hadn't arrived for school 2 days into our new term. Of course we were hoping for a bit of an adventure along the way.

So after the normal general conversations,  we asked if there was anyone sick that we could pray for.

The grandfather there had been in a car accident many years ago and he had had pain in his left foot, leg and hip since and said he would like to be prayed for.

So we prayed.

We asked how he was doing, he explained the pain was moving up his leg, we were excited that God was doing something, so offered to pray again,

after the second time he said his leg was feeling numb.

So we encouraged him to walk around a bit.

After he had taken a few steps he looked up with a look of joy and surprise,
he just smiled a very big smile and started clapping.

It was clear he was no longer in pain.

Wooooooo! God is good and we are looking forward to the next adventure that God has lined up for us.'
